These are stunning red seeds. The plant they come from is Erythrina berteroana, Coral Tree seeds.
In El Salvador and most of Central American countries, it is known as a tree which bloom can be eaten, but that makes you very sleepy. Some people with insomnia, make an infusion out of the flowers. We call them “Pito” Tree.
Several seeds have been covered with resin, and the metal parts, are sterling silver wire and pins that i have twisted by hand.
When you buy from us you help us protect a piece of land full of tropical flora and fauna that would have otherwise been destroyed by now.
