If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

We accept payments through credit and debit cards only. Unfortunately, PayPal’s policies generally do not include El Salvador for linking accounts and accepting payments to us.

All the information that the client provides when registering or making a purchase will be treated with absolute confidentiality and privacy. bioarte.com.sv is limited to safeguarding the following customer information:

Personal Information: your name, physical address, telephone number and email address.

Non-personalized information: IP address, browser type, card number, etc.

North America: 9-12 business days.
Europe: 10-12 business days
Asia, Australia New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 business days.

I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend, on the shipping method you choose and sometimes on weather conditions.

Customers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply, bioarte.com.sv is not responsible for delays due to customs.

We always try to make our customers 100% satisfied. All my items are handmade and occasionally have some detail which is not considered a flaw, especially because we use butterflies that have naturally completed their lifecycle and it very difficult that they end up as new. But any product in which your opinion is defective, will be replaced if it is returned in the condition in which you received it.
You should contact me immediately after receiving it and i will not cover the expenses of shipping it back. We will return the money paid or replace it with another item if it is still available, as there are also exclusive and one time only items. The only reason we will refund payment is if you get an article different from which you chose.
As small artisans, we cannot be responsible for eventualities in the mail or that your item does not arrive for any reason unrelated to us once i have shipped you item. If there is a damage or loss, contact the carrier, no refunds in those cases, again, if you would like to pay separate shipping insurance let me know before purchasing the item to calculate and to include the value of the insurance in your final order.

We are an authorized organization and all the butterflies we use are bred by us, none are in danger of extinction, all are from El Salvador, and all are used after they have completed their life cycle naturally.
